Cuisinart has introduced a revolutionary new model -- the 14 cup Power Prep Plus. It boasts a new motor with an alternate speed for perfect dough mixing, a rounded housing for easy cleaning and handling, and new safety features added to its bowl and cover.
Featuring a redesigned dough blade which incorporates two sharp stainless steel blades as well as a designated dough button and a redesigned feed tube with a simplified lid release. The smooth touch-pads wipe clean with a sponge. Unlike the plastic dough blade in previous models, these steel blades cut rather than drag through the dough, providing smoother kneading of larger quantities. The dough button reduces the RPMs during mixing to prevent the dough from overheating.
